Brandon Gandolfi has served as Executive Chef in prestigious North Shore restaurants like Newburyport's Black Cow for more than fifteen years of his professional career.  As a young boy spending time in the kitchen with his Sicilian grandparents informed his culinary sensibilities and instilled a genuine love for creating memorably delicious meals.  Here he learned that time spent around the table with family and friends was as opportunity to elevate life with offerings of soul-satisfying flavors to be savored.  Today, Chef Gandolfi re-creates and reinterprets Mediterranean inspired dishes with a uniquely comforting flare and refined flavors.
